Mother's Day
It was a great day today. We were pretty entertained however by the fact that the kids spilled so many things today, my husband was going nuts, and to be honest it was a little unusual to have so many messes such as these. #1 wanted to eat some goldfish snacks so he grabbed 2 handfulls and carried them into the living room to eat them on the couch with me. First of all, he could barely walk without some falling and second, he knows that there is no food allowed in the living room. By the end of the afternoon there were goldfish all over the kitchen floor, all over the patio, and my kids didn't want to eat a damn thing for dinner. #3 screamed and whined all during church, and got into eveything afterwards, and #2 couldn't find anything to do unless it was under our feet, we finally had to banish all of them to the backyard, where they found the handle to turn on the water and flooded the gardening box that we have, and sopped each other in the process. 3 changes of clothes by the time Mother's Day was over. And it was still great. I love 'em to death, they make my every day, I wouldn't change any of it for a thing, being a mom and a wife are by far the best things I have ever done!

Humm, that story really doesn't covince me that motherhood is divine and wonderful. You must be a saint, but wait you said damn in your blog, so there goes the saint thing.
