Dodgeball

You may wonder why I am putting a picture of my living room, especially my glass knick-knack table, under a title of "Dodgeball". Well this is where we play dodgeball. My hubby will sit on the floor about where the first picture is taken, he has a "dodgeball", and he commences to throw the ball at the boys as they run back and forth from the kitchen to behind the chair. It is quite funny to watch, and for the two or so years that we've been playing, nothing has been broken. I'll blog it when it does happen.

It is our #1 family activity, besides the wrestling matches which are between the boys or between the boys and dad. The other day, it was pretty good, they ran into each other and both slowly crawled off in opposite directions. We laughed our guts out.

Another reason I posted the pictures is that our latest project is in them, we just painted the living room, it used to be stark white. My father-in-law kept making comments about how good it would look with some color, and yep, he was right. I felt kinda sick about it at first, but now I'm getting used to it and I really like it. Thanks to Katie for the dare. She was sick of hearing me say we were going to do it.
